(一):扮落雨

各路網友,賣豬仔出沒注意!
是咁的,聯盟收到苦主申訴,在嚇路訂左旅行套票後被賣豬仔。
苦主預訂既係一個阿拉伯既旅程,訂左十一月十日出發,訂既時候大大隻字寫明價格最低同即時確認。同大家一樣以為呢間公司有點信譽,咪落搭囉。

點知買左後發現原來四圍都有平過佢既同類行程。苦主畀左1148,街有幾套都係做緊~800。佢地職員就話嚇路有即時確認保障,所以係唔同。苦主十一月十一號就要飛返香港,為左穩陣、心諗貴少少也沒所謂啦,結果出事。
十一月九號,苦主收到通知,話十號行程取消。理由報稱當地天氣不佳,要改期。
阿拉伯係沙漠地帶,嘩沙漠風暴咁都撞正?

苦主即時打長途去嚇路既嚇服求助。嚇服就咁叫苦主等消息。結果就係無消息。
天有不測風雲,倒霉唯有認命,唯有十一號出發。

殊不知係嚇路倒米。

苦主出遊返港後諗著上返當日接待苦主既當地旅社看相片,赫然發現十號根本有團出發,天氣超好!

因為嚇路既失誤,苦主原本安安定定十號浮潛,十一掃貨既計劃變成十一號浮潛後即刻拖住ㄧ喼二喼趕入機場,返到香港足足有兩日一夜冇機會沖涼。

苦主嘗試與嚇服交涉,佢地只係遊說提供$40嚇客積分,要求苦主了事。

保障唔到行程既公司積分其實有咩用?畁個機會佢再賣豬仔?
之後佢地話加到$80積分,都幾慷慨wor
苦主其實唔介意倒貼返$80畀嚇路高管表演浸咸水兩日ㄧ夜唔沖涼。

原來,所謂即時確認,只係即時確認收錢,而唔係即時確認出發架!

We booked 10 Nov 2017 tour to Musandam.
Shortly after booking, we discovered that the tour offered by Klook is overpriced compared to market products. We apply for their price guarantee protection. They reply with various excuse that they are two different products while we cannot tell substantial difference as consumer
We decided to proceed with the more expensive tour as it pledge confirmation of travel date so we can arrange our journey better.
We passed our passport document to their representative on 19 October.
On 9 November, a subcontractor of their company contacted us for identification document. He shortly replied to us that our 10 November tour is not possible, citing weather problem. We tried to contact klook representative over long distance call for assistance. They provided none and just ask us to wait. We can either take the tour on 11 Nov or cancel the tour. We accept to go 11 Nov as we have no alternative, thinking it is due to weather.
We discovered on facebook of the tour operator that there were tours running on 10 Nov. Their staff lied to consumer.
The tour on 11 November does not include cave experience and fishing due to genuine weather concerns.
Our departing flight was near midnight of 11 November, and in the end we need to rush to airport by taxi without opportunity for proper bathing after snorkeling for nearly 30 hours.
Such service standard is unreasonable and dishonest. We would have saved money and went on 10 Nov as planned if we booked with alternative supplier.
We tried to resolve the issue with klook. Their service respresentative provided no explanation and only offered to bribe us with their loyality credit. He tried to close the case if we response to them late.
